We do not run the tests ourselves — and that is by design. The analysis is performed by an independent accredited laboratory. We then review the raw data, cross-verify the results against your supplier's CoA, and issue the final Qualification Report under MG Scientific Solutions as the independent third party. No conflict of interest. No ambiguity about who verified the lot.

From the first conversation to the final report — here is exactly what happens when you engage MG Scientific Solutions for an independent material qualification.
We start by understanding your material, its intended use, your development stage, and what your buyer or regulator actually requires. We then define which analytical tests are scientifically relevant — not just a standard panel, but a strategy tailored to your situation.
Before any proprietary information changes hands, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed. Your formulas, ingredients, and supplier data are protected from the start.
We coordinate or directly manage sample collection from your facility or point of receipt. Every sample is logged, labeled, and tracked under a formal chain-of-custody protocol from this point forward.
Samples are routed exclusively to accredited US analytical laboratories holding ISO 17025 certification. Methods are selected to match the test strategy defined in Step 01 — HPLC, GC-MS, NMR, ICP-MS, FTIR, and others as required.
We receive the raw analytical data directly from the laboratory and review it internally — checking instrument outputs, integration, and methodology — before comparing results against your supplier's Certificate of Analysis.
We issue a formal US Qualification Report under MG Scientific Solutions, including a plain-language technical interpretation of the findings. If everything passes — you have your document. If something doesn't — we move to Step 07.
If a material fails or raises concerns, we don't stop at the report. We identify the root cause and define a practical path forward — whether that means additional testing, an impurity investigation, supplier communication, specification revision, purification strategy, reformulation, or identification of an alternative vendor.
US buyers, importers, and manufacturers increasingly require independent confirmation before they can act on a supplier's CoA. What makes our report credible is the structure behind it: we define what gets tested, an accredited US laboratory performs the analysis, and we issue the final report as a completely independent third party — separate from the supplier and separate from the buyer.
