We are building a firm where scientific rigor, independence, and practical problem-solving define everything we do. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
MG Scientific Solutions is an independent scientific consulting firm — which means our work is always driven by the science, never by internal politics, quarterly targets, or institutional inertia.
We work across chemistry, advanced materials, quality systems, process development, formulation, and life sciences — with clients ranging from early-stage startups to established international manufacturers. No two engagements are the same.
We are a small, growing team. People who join us take on real responsibility from Day 1, work directly with clients, and contribute to a firm that is being built from the ground up.
We represent our clients — not suppliers, not manufacturers. Our conclusions are always driven by data.
We work with clients across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia — and our team reflects that global perspective.
Every engagement starts with the right scientific question. We build careers around curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning.
We look for people who combine deep technical knowledge with the ability to communicate clearly, think independently, and deliver practical results for real clients.
PhD or MSc in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related fields. Experience in process development, synthesis, scale-up, formulation, or analytical characterization. Comfortable working across multiple projects and industries.
Background in GMP quality systems, regulatory affairs, or compliance for pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, or specialty chemical industries. Experience with ISO standards, audits, SOPs, or CAPA management is highly valued.
Scientists who enjoy working with clients, identifying new opportunities, and translating technical capabilities into business value. Comfortable leading client conversations, preparing proposals, and building long-term relationships.
Experience in cell and gene therapy, biologics, nanomedicine, or advanced therapy products. Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments, technology transfer, or quality systems for regulated biological products.
Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC-MS, NMR, ICP-MS, FTIR, or other analytical techniques. Ability to design test strategies, interpret raw data, and communicate findings clearly to non-specialist audiences.
Scientists who also work in Python, data analysis, machine learning, or AI tool development. Interest in applying AI to real scientific workflows — literature review, documentation, process optimization, or laboratory productivity.
We are a growing firm and new opportunities come up as our client base expands. If you believe your background aligns with our work, we encourage you to send us your CV. We keep all submissions on file and reach out directly when a relevant role opens.
